Joshua Brennan

Josh has more than 15 years’ experience in the offshore sector focused on operational delivery of projects and vessels in the most challenging environments. Having started his career as a Marine Engineer working across pleasure and commercial vessels, Josh has since held a variety of operational, technical and managerial roles, including Offshore Technician, Offshore Supervisor and Director of Operations.
During his career, Josh has been responsible for a fleet of 20+ vessels during the transition from Owner-Master to sole Ownership and management. His roles also covered ownership of the CTV Fleet, Offshore Project delivery and the UK’s first GWO Training centre as well as playing a vital role in international growth for the companies he worked within.
Matt Thomas

After attaining his BEng in Marine Technology, Matt began his career in offshore energy in 2014, and over the past ten years, has held roles including Consultant Naval Architect, Project Engineer and Project Manager, where he has been instrumental in the success of offshore wind and marine construction projects in the UK, Europe, Asia, and the US.
Matt is an experienced engineer, having worked across the project lifecycle, from FEED studies to offshore operations and installations. During his career, Matt has constantly developed and evolved the working practices to improve the delivery and execution of the projects that he has worked within.
